Late afternoon in Sep- 2003, call came for an interview. After clearing 3 rounds of interview in Top Asian IT Consulting Company, I was asked to join Kolkata Office. After arriving kolkata office the complete picture was clear why I was not asked to complete any formality as all big company used to do that time like Medical examination and other documentations, I was informed "You are a Contractor". Here starts my interesting job BIG IT company.
