Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Hosted Messaging and Collaboration Infrastructure in data centres
  • Support to Customer Service and Support for related cases
  • Manage server upgrades and maintenance
  • Manage MS patches and update rollups
  • Manage customer projects and ensure timely project delivery and completion
  • Provide remote or on-site support during system disaster or downtime
