The Job
The Incumbent will In charge of the Greater China human resources function and manage the local team to execute the full spectrum of human resources activities including operations, program/project management, and consultation. Responsible for execution of all human resource activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development. Develop engagement programs including recognition/ reward programs and wellness programs for China. Keep track of workforce issues such as regrettable resignation and capability gaps, and make relevant proposals to HR Senior Executive to ensure resources are in place to support the business.
